About Us

Kayutah, established in 1989 in Chemor, Perak, began as a rubber wood manufacturer but transitioned in 2012 into a leading international palm fibre exporter. Specializing in processing palm oil empty fruit bunches (EFB) into Dried Long Fibre, the company exports up to 70 containers monthly. With continuous R&D, Kayutah Patented the Screw Propeller Drying and EFB Shredding Techniques, boosting production capacity and leading to the commissioning of multiple production lines.

In 2016, Kayutah expanded its operations by developing techniques to dry various types of biomass, including Shredded EFB, Woodchips, and Sawdust, primarily used as boiler fuels. By 2021, the company ventured into processing coconut-related products, such as Coco-Peat and Coco-Fibre. Kayutah also provides Metal Fabrication Services and Heat Treatment Services, including engineering solutions, customized metal fabrication, CNC plasma cutting, and ISPM 15-compliant heat treatment for wood packaging materials. From 2017 to 2019, Kayutah commissioned two Palm Long Fibre production lines in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan capable of exporting 70 to 80 containers of dried Palm Long Fibre monthly. Since 2022, Kayutah secured multiple projects related to setting up EFB pellet and Briquette Plants across Malaysia, further solidifying its position as a leader in biomass-related projects, including Biomass Drying, Biofuel Production, and relevant services such as Biomass Steam Plants.
