OUR HISTORY

KAYUTAH  was e stablished in 1989, located in Chemor, Perak on a 7 acres industrial land, started of as a rubber woods manufacturer. In the year 2012, we have then transformed into an  international palm fibre manufacturers and exporters in Malaysia, focusing only on processing palm oil empty fruit brunch (EFB) into  dried palm long fibre. 

Since then, we have more than 10 years of experience in the industry and the drive to improve our very own Dried Long Fibre quality leads to relentless research and development into improving our own production line. The techniques we developed in-house has enabled us to obtain 2 different patents which are the:

1.) Screw Propeller Drying Technique

2.) EFB Shredding Technique

Eventually we have branched out in 2016 to start manufacturing our very own Dried Long Fibre Production Plant and multiple production lines have been commissioned then.

We did not stop innovating and recently we have developed another technique which allows us to also dry different kinds of biomass which includes palm short fibre, woodchips, sawdust and etc mostly as boiler fuels. 

Now, we can proudly claim that we are the best Biomass Drying Expert in the market.

In year 2021, Kayutah have ventured into coconut related products (coco-peat, coco-fibre) which process through local coconut husk. On-going expansion will allow us to offer more product range to both industrial (B2B) or commercial (B2C). 

Besides, Kayutah Sdn. Bhd. also provide services in metal fabrication and heat treatment services. Metal works includes engineering solutions, machine designing, customised metal fabrication enquiries and also CNC plasma cutting. As a heat treatment service provider, Kayutah provide ISPM 15-compliant heat treatment services for wood packaging materials (WPM) such as pallets, crates, cable reels and dunnages.
