EFB Pellet/Briquette Production Line Set Up

1.     Production output volume can be designed from 2 tons up to 10 tons or more per hour.

2.     Shredded EFB input moisture content at 55%

3.     Shredded EFB output moisture content is less than 12% for EFB Pellet Production and 15% for EFB Briquette Production.

4.    For the final EFB Pellet moisture content is less than 10%

5.    For the final EFB Briquette moisture content is less than 15%.

Shino Asia Sdn Bhd (www.shinoasia.com.my), a customer of Kayutah Sdn Bhd, has specialized in producing EFB Pellets and Briquettes for more than 8 years and currently owns and operates an EFB Pellet production facility in Pahang.

The collaboration between Kayutah and Shino Asia gives us the unique advantage of having the ability to provide EFB Pellet-related machinery and the EFB Pellet manufacturing experience to our customers. We have gathered all the data from real-life EFB Pellet production from Shino Asia production site to improve our overall designs.
